02 / Sound familiar

Sponsorship shouldn't feel like a second job.

You built the audience. You have the rates. The inbound is coming in. Turning it into consistent, paid deals still feels like pushing a boulder uphill.

Sponsors who ghost
You send a rate card. They say 'looks great.' Then nothing. No contract, no payment, no follow-up.
Chasing invoices
Payment was 'on the way' two weeks ago. Now you're sending awkward reminder emails to someone you want to keep as a client.
A media kit that's always out of date
The PDF you sent in January still says 180k subscribers. You're at 210k. It makes you look sloppy.
Vague 'interested' emails
Plenty of brands reach out. Almost none have a budget, a timeline, or a decision-maker on the thread.
No workflow after payment
They paid. Now copy review, scheduling, and asset approval are happening across five different email threads.
No way to look like a business
You know your audience is worth more than you're charging. But you're still pitching from a Google Doc.
03 / The Booking Room

Every deal gets a shared workspace.

The moment a booking confirms, a dedicated room opens for you and the sponsor. Everything that needs to happen before the ad goes live — organized, tracked, and attached to the deal.

Email-killer included

The hard part of sponsorships isn't payment.

It's the four weeks of email back-and-forth that follow.

Approvals, ad copy revisions, scheduling, asset uploads, "did you see my last email" — the actual work of running a sponsorship eats more time than the negotiation. Every partnr.to booking comes with a private room shared between you and the sponsor. Everything happens there. No CC chains, no status emails, no "let me find that thread."

Schedule
01 — Ad copy in the room

No more "where's the doc?"

Sponsors submit copy directly. You review, approve, request changes, lock the run date. Everything attached to the booking forever.

02 — Direct messaging

One thread per booking.

Comments, status updates, asset uploads — all in one place. Both parties see the same thread. Email becomes optional.

03 — Status that updates itself

Awaiting copy → live → done.

The room shows where the booking is, automatically. No more "just checking in on the status of..." emails.

04 / How it works

Three steps.
Zero admin.

Every sponsorship that closes on partnr.to passes through three surfaces in sequence. The PDFs and email threads disappear.

01

Live sponsorship storefront

Send sponsors your partnr.to link instead of a PDF. Audience metrics sync automatically from your platforms — always current, always professional.

What sponsors experience

You look like a business. They move like one too.

Sponsors don't create accounts or jump through hoops. They open your link, pick a slot, and pay — in under a minute, with a corporate card, on whatever terms you've set. The booking room keeps both sides informed from payment to go-live, with no chasing required.

We only win when you get paid.

No monthly cost. No subscription. No upgrade prompts. When a sponsor pays $1,800 for a slot, we take $90, that's it. Works the same whether you book one deal a month or fifty.

The math

Sponsor pays the price you list. partnr.to takes 5%. Standard Stripe processing (2.9% + 30¢) comes off your payout. The rest lands in your bank on Stripe's standard schedule.

Doing serious volume?

If you're booking $5K+/month through partnr.to and the percentage starts to bite, drop us a line , we'll work out a flat-fee arrangement that makes sense.
